Our in-house repair and service center has been keeping your equipment in the field for over thirty years. It has always been the foundation of our business. With 4 full time laser and optical technicians, an extensive inventory of parts and the latest tools and calibration equipment, we can provide the best in quality thorough repairs with the shortest turn-around time possible.

ICM has one of the best equipped and best staffed in-house repair centers in the region. We have four factory trained technicians and are capable of repairing almost any brand of construction laser, total station, level, transit and accessories. Our turn around time on normal service work is 3 – 7 days. We honor emergency requests and give them priority. We can have UPS pick up your instrument. UPS can provide NEXT DAY service from anywhere in the U.S.

Just like an automobile, your surveying instruments and lasers need regular maintenance and servicing. We recommend a check-up and calibration every 6 months.
